Welcome to the Mr. Mojito Bartending website. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.   

 

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By using this website and/or engaging our bartending services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.   

 

2. Services Offered:

Mojito Bartending offers mobile bartending services for various events in Sherwood Park, Alberta, and surrounding areas. The specific services provided will be as agreed upon in a separate booking agreement or communication. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice.

3. Booking and Payment:

  • Bookings for our services are subject to availability and confirmation by Mojito Bartending.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your booking agreement.

  • The remaining balance for our services is typically due as specified in the booking agreement.

  • Payment methods accepted will be communicated during the booking process.

  • Prices for our services are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will generally be honored at the agreed-upon rate.

  • Additional charges may apply for factors such as extended service hours, travel outside our standard service area, or specific requests not included in the initial agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities:

  • The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the event, including date, time, location, and estimated number of guests.

  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, the client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required for the service of alcohol at the event location.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable environment for our bartenders to perform their duties.

  • The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests. Mojito Bartending reserves the right to cease service if the behavior of guests is deemed unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate.

  • The client may be responsible for providing or arranging for the supply of alcohol, mixers, glassware, and other necessary items as agreed upon in the booking agreement.

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellation policies and any applicable refund terms will be outlined in your booking agreement.

  • Generally, cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit, but this is subject to the terms of the individual agreement.

  • Cancellations made with short notice may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Mojito Bartending reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, severe weather), in which case a full refund of any payments made by the client will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property:

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Mojito Bartending and is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this website without our prior written consent.   

 

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mojito Bartending shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific services rendered.   

 

8. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mojito Bartending, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website or services, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.   

 

9. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to theseTerms and Conditions shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Alberta.   

 

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Mojito Bartending reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
